Q. Why is the Pink "I Love You" Giraffe Security blanket being recalled?
A. In order to maintain our uncompromising commitment to quality and safety, we are voluntarily recalling the pink Just One Year "I Love You" Giraffe security blanket which was sold in Target stores. Rashti & Rashti has identified the possibility of the ball on the top of the horn becoming detached from a few of the giraffe's heads and as a result we have decided to put the safety of your family first and recall the items.

Q. How does this affect other Target Products?
A. We are proud to make quality products for Target stores. These products can be used with confidence and are not affected by this recall.

Q. How does this affect other Just One Year Products?
A. We are proud to make quality products for the Just One Year by Carter's brand. These products can be used with confidence and are not affected by this recall.

Q. How does this affect other Rashti & Rashti products?
A. Rashti & Rashti produces many products for babies. Other plush styles available under various brands are not affected by this recall.

Q. Have there been any injuries reported?
A. No. There have been no injuries reported. This is a precautionary step on the part of Rashti & Rashti in order to maintain the customer service and excellence in safety and quality that we have been known for through our company's history.

Q. What do I do if I have one of the recalled styles?
A. You need to return the recalled "I Love You" Giraffe security blanket to us for a refund. You can process your return on our website or call our toll-free hotline. A recall representative will help you identify the style you have and take your contact information. You will be sent a prepaid mailer to use to send us back the recalled item. Once we receive the product, we will issue you a refund of $8.99, plus applicable tax. This will take approximately two to four weeks to process.

Q. How do I get my refund?
A. We will take back the recalled pink "I Love You" Giraffe security blanket and send you a check in the mail for the cost of the item, plus tax.

Q. How long will it take to get my refund?
A. Once we receive the recalled item, the process will take approximately two to four weeks.

Q. Will I receive a postage credit to send the product back?
A. We will send you a pre-paid mailer to use to send us back the recalled item at no cost to you.
